Do I need to send photos?
No. Simply fill in the form with brand, size and condition. We will get back to you with a first price estimate.
When do I know the price?
You receive a first estimate and your contract before you ship. After receipt, our specialists check every piece and confirm the final price proposal. You decide whether to proceed.
Are my pieces insured?
Yes. Your pieces are insured while in our care, and we are liable for them.
What if my piece does not sell or I change my mind?
You can take your pieces back at any time, free of charge.
Who decides on price reductions?
We adjust prices within a fixed limit to keep your piece selling, and never below 50% of the agreed initial price.
When and how do I get paid?
Once the buyer's 14-day return period has ended, usually about two weeks after the sale, your payout is transferred to your bank account.
Which brands do you accept?
Cesare Attolini, Kiton, Brioni, Loro Piana, Brunello Cucinelli, Zegna, Isaia, Berluti, Hermès, Rubinacci, Orazio Luciano, John Lobb, Edward Green and similar houses.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. You receive your share of the sale price minus a flat handling fee of 25 € per payout.
