My name’s Jamie Ferguson — I’m a menswear and lifestyle photographer.

People just having fun dressing up. Being into clothing.
It should be fun.

Well... probably the opposite of that.
In this day and age — with so much content online — there’s a lot of judgment.
We need more room to make mistakes.
To try stuff out. Learn what your style is.
So yeah, a bit more forgiveness, and a bit less judgment.

Oh man, this feels like a trap — anyone I don’t say is gonna be like, “what the hell?”
But one brand close to my heart is Inis Meáin — the knitwear company out on the Aran Islands of Ireland.
I’ve worked with them recently and I just love what they do. Super authentic story, and the product’s beautiful.

My peers. My colleagues.
The people I work with in menswear.
People I see online, people I follow on Instagram.
That’s constantly where I get inspiration from.

I love it.
There’s something great about a much-loved garment — the fact that it’s passed on to someone new.
I think it’s in a good place right now, and it’s only going to grow.
