Refund policy

General Information

Once you receive your item, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please submit a Return Request via
My Account → Orders on sanpetuna.com.

After approval, the Sanpetuna team will provide you with a prepaid return label by e-mail within 48 business hours.

All returns must be shipped using the Sanpetuna-provided return label, which includes insured and tracked shipping.

 

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they are in their original condition, we will issue your refund—minus the applicable return fee—within 14 business days using the original payment method.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods, if one or more goods are delivered as part of a single order;

• on which you or a third party named by you takes possession of the last item, if goods are delivered separately;

• on which you or a third party named by you takes possession of the last partial shipment, if goods are delivered in multiple consignments.

 

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by e-mail:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from a non-standard delivery method chosen by you), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The applicable return fee will be deducted from your refund in accordance with the table above.

Liability for Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized;

• for goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

• for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed;

• for audio or video recordings or computer software supplied in sealed packaging, if the seal has been removed.
