Kennedy began as an idea in 2012—a way to open a window to the world. Greece can sometimes feel a bit off the map, even now.
The magazine is about people: people I admire, people I know, people I’ve met, or hope to meet someday. It’s also deeply personal—a reflection of my thoughts, my life, and my experiences. Perhaps that’s why so many people can relate to it. At its core, Kennedy is a magazine about life.
I like clothes, and since the start we had a column for clothes that slowly disappeared from our pages but occasionally we might feature something abut clothes. A lot of my friends have small brands we always support that through our pages. Small craftsmanship, quality, independent business..
Lately, I found myself more confident mixing classic garments, such as a jacket or coat, with more casual and vintage clothes, in order to be able to mix styles, cloths, fabrics, layers, to create something unique for myself.
I prefer my style to be understated—nothing loud or over the top. I avoid looking like I’m trying too hard. Navy is my go-to color (I know, it’s not the most exciting choice). Most of the time, I stick to a nice jumper paired with a blazer or coat, and I usually wear denim. My approach is all about looking sharp without overdoing it. A good pair of shoes can effortlessly elevate even the simplest outfit.
Feeling good in what you wear. If. If you do feel well in your clothes it shows.
