OUR PROCEDURE
In order to satisfy every party involved with our services and sell products as fast as we can, we use the following time table:
NOT SOLD AFTER 2 MONTHS: LOWER 20%
NOT SOLD AFTER 4 MONTHS: LOWER 30%
NOT SOLD AFTER 6 MONTHS: LOWER 40%
In case we need to dry clean the garments, we charge an additional fee of 25€ per item that will be deducted from the payout. And we charge a handling fee of 25€ that is to understand additionally to the consignment fee.
For items that we are unable to accept due to condition, lack of a product match, or other reasons, we offer two options: we can donate the item on your behalf, or return it to you for a fee of €25.
