All orders are shipped from Düsseldorf, Germany. Every parcel is insured and tracked.
Germany
Free shipping on all orders.
Delivery within 2–5 business days, usually 2.
EU
€35, free from €1,000 order value.
Delivery within 3–10 business days, usually 4.
Worldwide
Express shipping €95, free from €2,500 order value.
Delivery within 4–21 business days, usually 4.
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. They are charged by your local customs office, paid by the recipient and are non-refundable.
Delivery times
Delivery times apply from conclusion of the contract, or for prepayment by bank transfer, from the date of your payment. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you order several pieces, we send them together in one shipment.
Payment
All major credit cards, PayPal and bank transfer. The options available for your country are shown at checkout.
Returns
You can return a piece within 14 days of delivery. Details are in our Refund Policy.

Please be aware that custom duties for parcels occur and these are your responsibility. The fee is non refundable.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3 - 21 business days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction). Deliveries to countries outside the European Union will take longer with approx. 5-21 days.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
